Returns & Exchanges

At Maria.B. Designs (PK), we strive to ensure your satisfaction; however, if you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may exchange unused items within 7 days of delivery. Please note that customized orders and sale items are generally non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our customer care team via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and photos of the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure that the product remains unworn, unwashed, and with all original Maria.B. tags and packaging intact to qualify for a successful exchange process.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Once your request is approved, securely pack the product and ship it back to our designated warehouse address using a traceable courier service.

• 4.
  Processing & Resolution

  Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a store credit voucher or dispatch your replacement item within 7 to 10 working days.
